Weigh In: Day Seven

So I knew I was going to gain weight from yesterday. I didn’t really eat too bad and tried to stay in some sort of healthy diet, but then we went to dinner with our family from Washington. Mexican food.

I’m super bloated today, but as I said last week - just gotta keep on keeping on. It’s not a bad weight gain. I’m sure it will be gone tomorrow.

Weigh In: Day Seven

This weight is taken with a grain of salt given that I barely slept last night. Yes, sleep affects how much you weigh, or it does for me. If I sleep for 6-8 hours, I weigh less when I wake up. Simple, right?

Either way, Sunday I weighed 139. 10lbs in 6 days? My mom who  has been trying in vain for the last few months to lose 10lbs officially has no excuse.

Well, yeah she does. She’s 50, a bigger woman than I am, and has a slow metabolism. I’m 22, petite with natural muscle (I did ballet for  15 years, so that helps), and have a faster one than hers. It makes a difference. Still.
