Weigh In: Day Seven
This weight is taken with a grain of salt given that I barely slept last night. Yes, sleep affects how much you weigh, or it does for me. If I sleep for 6-8 hours, I weigh less when I wake up. Simple, right?
Either way, Sunday I weighed 139. 10lbs in 6 days? My mom who has been trying in vain for the last few months to lose 10lbs officially has no excuse.
Well, yeah she does. She’s 50, a bigger woman than I am, and has a slow metabolism. I’m 22, petite with natural muscle (I did ballet for 15 years, so that helps), and have a faster one than hers. It makes a difference. Still.
